Choosing between them
Two numbers decide most of it, and neither is the seat count. The first is the turning radius, because a buggy that cannot come about at the far end of your route has to be reversed back down it. The second is ground clearance, which is what separates a course buggy from a lifted one and decides whether the vehicle is still useful after a wet week.
Seat count matters after those two, and it is worth being honest about how people travel on your site. One six seater beats three two seaters where a group arrives together, and loses to them where everybody sets off at a different time from a different place, because a single vehicle can only be in one of them.

- Do you sell golf buggies as well as hire them?
- Yes. We are an approved supplier for the vehicles in this catalogue and we sell them new, built to the specification you choose. We also hire, and we list used buggies separately on the for sale pages.
- How much does an electric golf buggy cost in the UK?
- It depends on the seat count, the battery and the options fitted, and those move the figure enough that a single headline price would be wrong for most buyers. We price each vehicle to specification, delivery included, rather than publish a number we would then have to qualify.
- Are these golf buggies road legal?
- The course and lifted models are built for private land and are not road legal in the UK. A buggy that has to use a public road needs European type approval and a registration, which is a different body and a different vehicle. Tell us if a road crossing is involved and we will point you at the right one.
- How long does delivery take?
- It depends on the model and the specification, and on whether one is already in the country. We confirm the lead time in writing with the quote rather than estimate it here, because a date we guessed at is worse than no date.
- Should I buy a golf buggy or hire one?
- Buy if you would use it more than a few weeks a year, or need it available without arranging anything each time. Below that, hiring usually costs less and takes the servicing, storage and battery replacement off you. The hire or buy calculator works it through on your own figures.
