Almost every golf buggy in Britain is a private land vehicle, and using one on a public road is not a matter of driving carefully. It needs European type approval and a registration, and a buggy without approval cannot be registered at any price. This is the one model in our catalogue that carries it.
The approval is what you are buying. Underneath it is a two seater much like the rest of the course line, but it runs to 40 km/h, carries a glass windscreen and wiper, and is built and documented so it can be taxed, registered and insured rather than merely driven quickly.
Type approval is not registration, and the gap between those two catches people out. Approval makes registration possible; you still have to do it, insure the vehicle and hold the right licence.
