How we handle damage, fairly

Equipment sometimes gets damaged, and we would rather you knew exactly where you stand than face an open-ended bill. So common damage is charged against the fixed schedule below, which comes with your quote and is agreed before your booking. In accepting your quote you agree to this schedule.

We always provide evidence, such as photographs, for any charge. Fair wear and tear is never charged. Anything major or unusual that falls outside the schedule is discussed with you separately, with evidence, before anything is charged.

Each figure is the part cost plus fitting labour. Labour is charged at £54.00 per hour, and a site callout, for example for a puncture, at £108.00 per hour. All figures exclude VAT, which is added on any charge.
