Golf buggy hire for visitor attractions

Electric buggy hire for theme parks, zoos, museums, racecourses and showgrounds. Staff, visitor and accessibility transport, delivered nationwide.

Visitor attractions hire buggies to move staff, equipment and less mobile visitors around large sites, and to keep operational traffic away from the routes the public walk.

An attraction has two transport problems at once. Staff need to cross the site quickly and repeatedly, and some visitors cannot comfortably walk it at all. The same vehicle rarely solves both, which is why these hires are usually a mix.

Seasonality is the other feature. Many sites need considerably more transport for a summer season, a Christmas light trail or a show week than the rest of the year would justify owning.

Attractions and visitor sites we cover

Each of these has its own page, with the practical detail that matters for that setting and the vehicles that suit it.

Planning for a visitor site

  • Separate the operational and visitor-facing vehicles

A buggy carrying bins and stock should not be the one a family sees. Keeping them distinct protects the visitor experience and makes the rota simpler.

  • Accessibility

If the buggy is there so that less mobile visitors can reach the far end of the site, a ramp-access vehicle is a different specification from a passenger buggy with a step. Decide which job it is doing.

  • Public interaction

Driving among visitors, including children, needs a defined route, a low speed and drivers who have been briefed. This should sit in your operating procedure.

  • Season length

Seasonal hire is priced for the season rather than as a series of short hires. If you know the shape of your year, tell us and it will be quoted properly.

  • Overnight storage

Somewhere secure, under cover if possible, with power. Attractions usually have this; it is worth confirming which building before delivery.

Which buggy suits this

Mixed fleets suit attractions. A ramp-access vehicle covers the accessibility case properly rather than approximately, and a utility buggy keeps operational work off the visitor-facing vehicles.

Common questions

Can we hire a wheelchair-accessible buggy
Yes. The accessible vehicle has a rear ramp and a secured wheelchair position rather than a step and a grab handle, which is a genuinely different thing. Tell us it is for visitor accessibility and we will quote the right vehicle.
Do you offer seasonal hire
Yes. A season is quoted as a season, not as repeated short hires, and the rate reflects that. Tell us the dates you expect to run and we will price the whole period.
Can staff drive them or do we need your driver
Your staff normally drive. We show your team how the vehicle works at delivery and leave the handover documentation with you. For short intensive periods a driver from us is an option, quoted separately.
