The battery, the wheels and the options change the figure enough that a headline price would be wrong for most buyers, so we price the vehicle you actually want, delivery included.

About the 11 Seater Sightseeing Buggy
The eleven seater is the first of the heavy vehicles rather than the largest of the light ones, and the specification shows it: 72V instead of 48V, 7.5 kW instead of 5, power assisted steering, and a 1200 kg kerb weight against the eight seater's 820 kg.
The figure worth noticing is ground clearance, at 220 mm. That is more than any lifted golf buggy we sell, and it means this copes with a rough estate road in a way the smaller sightseeing vehicles do not.
Where eleven seats and 72V earn their keep
- Estates and attractions running a long route where 95 km is the minimum useful range
- Sites with rough or unmade service roads, where 220 mm of clearance matters
- Resorts moving groups of ten or more on a schedule
- Operations where power assisted steering matters because the driver does it all day
What it will not do
- It turns in 6.2 m and is 4.2 m long. Not a garden path vehicle.
- The stated range is a band, 95 to 140 km, depending on the battery configuration ordered. Plan on the lower figure and treat the upper as the best case.
- At 1200 kg it is a substantial vehicle. Storage, and the surface it stands on, are worth thinking about.
- Not road legal, and at this size that is worth saying twice: it looks like a minibus and it may not use a public road.

Questions about the 11 Seater Sightseeing Buggy
- Why is the range given as a band?
- Because the manufacturer offers more than one battery configuration and states 95 to 140 km across them. We will confirm which pack gives which figure before you order rather than quote the top of the range.
- Can it handle rough ground?
- Better than anything else in the sightseeing line: 220 mm of clearance, which is more than our lifted golf buggies carry. It is still a two wheel drive road-tyred vehicle, so tracks and unmade roads yes, fields no.
- Is it a minibus?
- It looks like one and it is not road legal, which is the important part. Eleven seats on private land only, whatever the shape suggests.
- How much does it cost?
- We price to specification rather than publish a figure, and the battery choice moves it considerably at this size. Tell us the route and we will quote it in full.

Not sure whether to buy or hire
As a rule, buying wins if you would use it more than a few weeks a year or need it available without arranging anything. Below that, hiring usually costs less and takes the maintenance off you. The calculator works it through on your own numbers rather than ours.
