About the 2 Seater Golf Buggy Cargo
A grounds team that also needs to carry something usually ends up with two vehicles, or with a buggy and a wheelbarrow. This is the two seater with that solved: the same 3.1 m turning radius and the same cab, with an aluminium bed behind the bench instead of a golf bag rack.
It is 2.5 m long against the standard two seater's 2.38 m, so almost nothing is given up in manoeuvrability for the load space. The lithium battery is the other difference, and it is why the stated range is 85 km rather than 80.
Where a cargo bed earns its keep

- Turf tyres and 120 mm of clearance mean made paths and mown grass. A yard with kerbs and ruts wants the lifted range.

- How much will the cargo bed carry?
- The manufacturer publishes no load rating for this bed, so we do not state one. If a rated figure matters, the 4 seater cargo model carries a box rated to 100 kg and we can quote that instead.
- Why is the range higher than the standard 2 seater?
- It runs a lithium battery as standard, at 51.2V 105Ah, where the standard two seater runs lead acid. The stated range is 85 km against 80 km, from the same 4 kW motor.
- Is lithium worth it?
- It is lighter, it charges faster and it does not need the topping up a lead acid set does, which on a fleet is the difference that shows. It also costs more up front. We quote both so the comparison is on your numbers rather than ours.
- Can I have a bag rack as well?
- Not alongside the bed, since they occupy the same place on the chassis. If you need both carrying and clubs, the four seater with a cargo box keeps a rack and adds a rated box behind it.
