The battery, the wheels and the options change the figure enough that a headline price would be wrong for most buyers, so we price the vehicle you actually want, delivery included.

About the 4 Seater UTV
The same vehicle as the two seater with 850 mm more chassis, a second row of seats and twin doors each side. The payload goes up rather than down, from 340 kg to 500 kg, because the extra length is carrying capacity as well as cabin.
It is the vehicle for a team that travels together and then works: four out to the far end of a block, tools in the back, and the bed tipped when they get there. The cost is turning circle, at 5.4 m against 4.7 m, and range, at 70 km on lead acid against the two seater's 80.
Where four seats and half a tonne earn their keep
- Farms and estates sending a crew and their kit to the same job
- Forestry and conservation work, where the party and the equipment travel together
- Grounds teams currently making two trips, or taking two vehicles
- Shoots needing seats, payload and four wheel drive in one vehicle
What it will not do
- It is 3.81 m long and turns in 5.4 m. That is a lot of vehicle for a confined yard, and the two seater turns almost a metre tighter.
- Range drops to 70 km on lead acid, or 90 km on lithium, against the two seater's 80 and 100.
- Not road legal, whatever it will do. Private land only.
- The bed is the same size as the two seater's at 830 x 1100 x 280 mm, so the extra payload is capacity rather than space. Dense loads gain; bulky ones do not.

Questions about the 4 Seater UTV
- How much more does the 4 seater carry than the 2 seater?
- 500 kg against 340 kg, in a bed of exactly the same size. The extra is carrying capacity rather than space, so it helps with dense loads and not with bulky ones.
- Does the extra length cost anything?
- Turning circle and range. It turns in 5.4 m against 4.7 m, and holds 70 km on lead acid against 80 km. On a confined site those are the two figures to check first.
- Can it tow?
- The manufacturer publishes no towing rating for it, so we do not state one. If towing is part of the job, tell us and we will ask them rather than guess.
- How much does it cost?
- We price to specification rather than publish a figure. Tell us the ground, the load and the crew size and we will quote the vehicle, the delivery and the lead time together.

Not sure whether to buy or hire
As a rule, buying wins if you would use it more than a few weeks a year or need it available without arranging anything. Below that, hiring usually costs less and takes the maintenance off you. The calculator works it through on your own numbers rather than ours.
