What does a buggy do at a food festival?

Mostly trader servicing: moving stock, gas, water, ice and waste to and from the stalls across a public site, so delivery vans stay out of the crowd. It also moves organisers and stewards. Utility buggies with load beds do most of it, which is why these hires lean that way.
