Costs and pricing

Golf buggy hire is priced on four things: how many buggies, for how long, which type, and how far your venue is from the depot. There is no single day rate that means anything, because the delivery leg alone can vary by a factor of ten between a venue twenty minutes away and one at the other end of the country.

That is also why you will not find a price list on this site. A headline figure that does not match your booking is worse than no figure, and every quote we issue itemises the vehicle, the duration and the delivery as separate lines so you can see what you are paying for. The guides here explain what moves each of those lines, so you can sanity-check any quote, including ours.

One thing that surprises people is how often a longer hire costs barely more than a short one. Delivery and collection are paid once whatever the duration, so a weekend can come close to a single day, and a multi-week hire drops the daily rate substantially. If your dates are flexible at the edges it is worth asking for both, and we will quote them side by side rather than making you ask twice.
