Measure the site, then read the sheet
The specification that matters on a constrained site is not on the front of the brochure. It is the narrowest thing the vehicle has to pass through, the tightest turn it has to make loaded, and any height limit such as a canopy, an archway or a car park barrier.
Take those three measurements first and treat them as a filter. A machine that cannot reach the far end of the site is not a cheaper option, it is a different job that still needs doing on foot.
What you give up, and what you do not
You give up bed length, and with it anything long: fencing, staging, pipe, timber. That is a real constraint and it is worth being honest about before ordering rather than after.
