Moving guests, crew and VIPs at events.

Event sites are the hardest environment we hire into and the most rewarding to get right. Distances are long, the ground changes character the moment it rains, and the vehicle is in near-constant use from build through to breakdown rather than for a few hours in the middle of a day.

The pattern repeats across music festivals, county shows and country fairs: a small number of buggies doing a very large number of short journeys, in the hands of a rota of drivers, over ground that started firm and did not stay that way. Sizing that correctly is a different exercise from sizing a wedding, and the guides here work through it.
