Delivery, logistics and on the day

Buggies arrive on a trailer and leave the same way, because a standard buggy is not road legal and cannot be driven to you under its own power. That single fact shapes everything else about delivery: there needs to be somewhere a van and trailer can reach, turn and unload, and it needs to be firm enough to do it on.

The rest is timing. Delivery and collection usually sit either side of the event rather than inside it, which is why a weekend hire is often barely more than a single day once travel is accounted for. What slows a delivery is almost always access rather than distance. A barrier with a height restriction, a gate too narrow for a trailer, a soft verge that will not take the weight, or a delivery window nobody mentioned. None of those is a problem if we know in advance, and all of them are on the day. If your site has any of it, say so at quote stage and the delivery gets planned around it.
