Branding, experience and planning
Branded buggies and guest experience.
A buggy is one of the few things at an event that moves, and anything that moves gets looked at and photographed. That makes it useful as a branded surface in a way a banner is not, and it is why sponsors ask about it more often than organisers expect.
Branding needs lead time and artwork, because it is applied before delivery and removed afterwards. The guides here cover what is possible, what it does to the schedule, and the broader question of guest experience: how the vehicle looks and how it is operated affect what people remember about the day.
It is worth thinking about the vehicle even when it carries no branding at all. A buggy appears in more photographs than people expect, so how clean and how appropriate it looks is part of the impression, and a plain vehicle is sometimes the better choice for a formal wedding. Decoration has limits for good reason: anything that obstructs the driver's view, fouls the steering or could come loose in motion is a safety question rather than a preference.
